With two new iPhone 5 products in the house, we needed help getting things set up and learning how to use the iPhone. I bought two books, this one and Teach Yourself Visually iPhone 5. Suffice it to say The Missing Manual worked best for us. We could find more answers and it was actually easier to use and offered far more information and reasoning as to why one approach is better than another. The iPhone 5 offers a LOT of options and can do a LOT of things, so getting the best manual to help work through all the possibilities was critical for us and between the two books, this is working the best and am very happy I convinced myself that this book would pay rich dividends to those willing to read it. It is well written and the little gold box tips help a lot. It goes far beyond just a lot of pictures and detailed walk through steps. This is now our reference manual.
