Of course Stan Lee, the master of the Silver Age of Comics, would tell his life story in the form of a graphic novel. And of course it would be funny, touching, and discrete with the perfect balance of egotism and unexpected modesty. He is careful to pay tribute to the great artists who collaborated with him, and he finds a sense of humor about the bad times. This is a terrific companion piece to his earlier books, a kind of after and before look at one of the major griots of the 20th and,now, 21st centuries.
